Motorola Charm for TMobile

Motorola officially announced their newest line of Android on TMobile with “enhanced version of MOTOBLUR”. It is said on their press release that this version will offer better social-networking experience and contact syncing with the cloud. In the Unites States, the phone will be available this summer, exclusively on TMobile USA.

Here’s what we know about this phone:

  • Android 2.1 with enhanced MOTOBLUR
  • Adobe Flash 10.1 for full flash support
  • Google services enabled – access to Google Search, Google Maps, GMail and Android Market.
  • 2.8 inch touchscreen with multitouch enabled
  • Motorola BACKTRACK (this is like a trackpad on your laptop that Motorola put behind your phone, in theory – it should give user a better view of the screen without your finger blocking the display)
  • 3 MP camera with KODAK PERFECT TOUCH technology (we have no idea what that is, but it offers a “better brighter picture”)
  • Motorola CrystalTalk’s audio enhancement technology with Noise reduction microphone
  • Corporate email support (Microsoft Exchange)
  • Pricing – rumors said it will be free on TMobile with 2 year contracts.
